Billy Clapper has been teaching and coaching at basketball camps since 2000.  He has been able to influence thousands of boys and girls with his desire and his ability to teach them the fundamentals of the game of basketball.  He has gained a national reputation for teaching guard skills and his ballhandling and dribbling station at basketball camps is perhaps the best in the country.
