Billy Clapper
A former college player at Youngstown State University who has been devoted to sharing his message of hard work and determination. Those two traits were the building blocks that took him from being a high school role player to a Division I walk-on. He
is entering his 9th year speaking at, working, and directing basketball camps in the Eastern United States. He began his coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Penn State University-Altoona. There he helped head coach Alan Seretti lay the foundation for the future.
He then moved on to Indiana State University where he was a member of Coach Royce Waltman's coaching staff. The Sycamores went on to defeat three teams that advanced to the NCAA tournament: Butler, Creighton, and Purdue. He is currently an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. The Mountain cats are a member of the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference
and won the regular season conference championship during the 2008-2009 season. They finished with a 23-8
record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II tournament. At 25, he has earned a reputation of being an excellent instructor of perimeter skills and guard play.
